This arrangement means you’ll practically have your own personal plumber on call whenever you need us!

With this agreement, you can call us up to let us know we’re required on site and we’ll be there as soon as possible. No need to pre-book and wait – we’ll turn up exactly when you need us and we won’t charge you for the times you don’t. This is particularly handy for building projects, where plumbers are required for set jobs, but it can be difficult to determine when they’re needed on site as other tradespeople may shift the schedule.
We can also arrange regular maintenance visits to your property (or properties) to ensure the smooth running of your plumbing and can also attend emergency plumbing situations for you at any time of day or night. This is particularly useful for businesses, builders, strata managers, real estate agents, hotels and aged care facilities who would like regular maintenance on one or more properties without having to book individual appointments each time.

Service Process
Step 1:
Pinpoint exactly what your plumbing issue is or what symptoms are occurring before giving us a call (e.g., “I have a leak coming from under the sink in the bathroom” or “when I turn my kitchen tap on, no water comes out, but there’s a gurgling sound”).
Step 2:
Log a call at our office by calling (07) 4032 0089 or email us at admin@raymondplumbing.com.au
Step 3:
Determine what times would best suit you for a plumber to visit, then have a chat to our administrators about your preferred booking time (jobs are booked in for two hour blocks, with the exception of the first job of the day)
Step 4:
One of our highly professional plumbers will attend your property at the time you’ve booked in!
Step 5:
An invoice for any due amount will be issued via email within approximately 2 business days. Accounts are 7-day accounts.
